Augusta Bridal Classic Experience

Welcome to Augusta Bridal, where your gown journey begins! Picture this: You and your fabulous entourage step through our doors, greeted like royalty by our dedicated stylists. We’re here to help you say “YES” to the dress while seeing all the glamour being brought to downtown main street joplin 

First, we’ll discuss any specific styles you have in mind and gather your go-to jean size so we can tailor the experience just for you. While you indulge in trying on exquisite gowns, your friends can relax on our plush blue couch, eagerly awaiting to share their thoughts.

When you discover the one, it’s time to celebrate with an “I Said Yes at Augusta Bridal” photo—a cherished moment that we’ll feature on our social media! Following this magical moment, we’ll take your measurements and initiate the order process. 

Please note that gowns typically take 16-18 weeks to arrive, and we require a 65% deposit to get the ball rolling.

Once your dress arrives, we’ll promptly reach out to arrange your pickup. If you’d like to schedule a second look or invite your squad back to revel in your choice, we’re more than happy to accommodate with options below!

Cancellation Fee: $50 if you no-show or cancel late (but don’t do that, okay?)

Augusta Bridal White Carpet Experience

90 mins • bride + 5 adults

At Augusta Bridal, we offer an exclusive white carpet experience for brides who want a little extra luxury and time during their gown journey. Just like our standard appointments, all of our gowns are made to order, and customization options vary depending on the designer, gown, and style. Enjoy more personalized attention from our dedicated stylists, ensuring you have ample time to find your perfect dress. Prepare for an unforgettable journey as you say "YES" to the dress in style!

Cancellation Fee: $50

Augusta Bridal N.Y.C. Bridal Experience

120 mins • bride + 6 guests

Roll out the red carpet! This is our VIP bridal appointment with ALL the luxe vibes. We’ll treat you and your squad to champagne, juices, coffee, and either a breakfast or dessert charcuterie board. Extra guests? We can make it happen with approval!

Cancellation Fee: $150 (non-refundable because we’re bringing the glam, baby)

Augusta Bridal Second Look Experience

30 mins • bride + 2 guests

Availability: Tuesday-Thursdays

I’m still deciding on the one. Our 30-minute Second Look appointment is the perfect chance to revisit your top gowns and make that final decision. So that you know, no new styles will be pulled during this visit. The maximum group size is the bride plus two guests, and a $50 non-refundable fee is required.

Augusta Bridal Walk-In Bridal Experience

Availability: Tuesday-Thursdays

This one’s for our brides who are on a tight timeline. Come in and shop our “Buy Today, Wear Down the Aisle Tomorrow” collection. No need to book—just stroll on in, and we’ll help you find a gown that’s ready to wear!

Ordering Process

For all bridal experiences, we recommend that brides bring the following to their appointments:

  • Wedding Shoes: To ensure the perfect hem length.

  • Proper Undergarments and Shapewear: For the best fit.

  • Jewelry and Accessories: To visualize the complete look.

Once an appointment is complete and a dress is chosen, we will guide the bride through the ordering process, helping her feel confident every step of the way.

Additional Notes:
We encourage brides to share their experiences and photos with us. Each bride receives a thank-you card in her bag, inviting her to leave a review, as we cherish every moment and want to celebrate them with our community!

F.A.Q.

  • If your wedding is just around the corner, we carry in-store stock of dresses available for immediate purchase. For weddings 6-9 months out, we encourage you to book an appointment to select your made-to-order gown, available on Tuesdays through Thursdays, subject to availability.

    No appointment is needed for tuxedo, prom, or homecoming shopping!

  • A 65% deposit is required at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due upon dress pickup. Please note that the gown must be picked up within 30 days of its arrival; otherwise, storage fees will apply

  • Production times vary seasonally, typically ranging from 12-26 weeks. Please note that production may be slower from January to February. If your gown requires alterations, please add an additional month to your timeline.

  • We provide all our customers with a detailed concierge list of recommended seamstresses, organized by city. Once the final gown payment has been made, we’ll share their contact information so you can schedule your alterations appointment directly.

    Please note: Alterations are handled by independent contractors, and Augusta Bridal is not responsible for their work.

  • We carry bridal samples ranging in sizes from 4 to 30, and these samples are subject to sale—so don’t wait too long, or your dream dress could be gone! We may also receive new arrivals, so keep an eye out. For prom and homecoming, our sizes range from 000 to 28.

  • We kindly ask our brides to provide 48 hours' written notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee

  • Yes, we do! We offer a selection of handmade veils from Vermont, along with a variety of beautiful bridal accessories.

  • All of our gowns are made to order. Customization options vary based on the designer, gown, and style.
